Refund policy
All Calma Eleganza orders are final! We do not except refunds or exchanges. Our products are hand crafted in small batches. So no product is exactly the same and will vary and have differences.
If you receive a item that is defective or damaged please contact us within 5 days from when it was received with photos of proof of damage and your receipt of purchase. So we can work to replace the item for you in a timely matter if necessary. You can either use the contact us section on our website or email calmaeleganza@gmail.com
